Key Responsibilities:
Clean, make beds, change linens, and restocking amenitiesClean and sanitize all public areas, including hallways, lounges, and restroomsEnsure that supplies are well-stocked and organizedVacuum, mop, and dust all designated areasEmpty and dispose of trash and recyclingReport any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping SupervisorAssist with the laundry process, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towelsMaintain a high level of cleanliness and organizationFollow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment for guestsProvide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and friendly mannerQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and efficientlyGood physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects/equipmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
