Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Clean, make beds, change linens, and restocking amenities Clean and sanitize all public areas, including hallways, lounges, and restrooms Ensure that supplies are well-stocked and organized Vacuum, mop, and dust all designated areas Empty and dispose of trash and recycling Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor Assist with the laundry process, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment for guests Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and friendly manner Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects/equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
