Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Duties:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces as needed.
  • Replenish room supplies, toiletries, and linens.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Follow company policies for cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Laundry Duties:

  • Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items, including linens, towels, and uniforms.
  • Operate and maintain laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and irons.
  • Check for stains or damages on fabrics and address them appropriately.
  • Organize and distribute cleaned laundry to appropriate areas.

General Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of guests or residents.
  • Comply with workplace safety and sanitation standards.

Skills
