Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces as needed.
- Replenish room supplies, toiletries, and linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow company policies for cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Laundry Duties:
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items, including linens, towels, and uniforms.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and irons.
- Check for stains or damages on fabrics and address them appropriately.
- Organize and distribute cleaned laundry to appropriate areas.
General Responsibilities:
- Adhere to schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning products and equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of guests or residents.
- Comply with workplace safety and sanitation standards.
Skills
