Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Guest Services: Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve complaints, and coordinate special services for VIPs or events.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff. Evaluate performance and ensure teamwork.
- Inventory & Budget: Manage cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities. Maintain budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Health & Safety: Enforce hygiene standards, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Department Coordination: Collaborate with front office and maintenance teams to prioritize tasks and address issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in budget planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
