As Housekeeping Rooms Controller, we rely on you to:
Act as a liaison to coordinate the operations between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry

Record and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk

Ensure timely cleaning of vacant dirty rooms and assigning priority rooms or rooms that were previously on ‘Do Not Disturb’ status

Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures

Assist Housekeeping Management in managing daily operational activities

Complete all the required housekeeping paperwork

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team as required

We are looking for someone who:
Has experience within a 5* hotel environment

Fully understands room operations

Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented

Communicates with fluency in English

Enjoys problem solving with a can-do attitude

Has strong interpersonal skills and enjoys being challenged

Takes pride in being a hotelier and enjoys interacting with people
