About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual with a passion for cleanliness and organization to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you will lead and support our housekeeping staff, ensuring a pristine environment and the highest standards of service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are upheld.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to housekeeping staff to enhance performance and professional development.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
- Scheduling and Rotations: Plan and organize work schedules and rotations to ensure optimal staff coverage and effective service delivery.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing and monitoring safe working practices within the team.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and report on staff performance and productivity, providing feedback and implementing improvement measures as necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a qualification in hospitality management or related field is advantageous.
- Certifications: Any relevant housekeeping or hygiene certifications are a plus.
Work Experience
- At least 2 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment is preferred.

- Cleaning Expertise: In-depth understanding of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
