HR & Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly responsible, organized, and experienced HR & Admin Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, well-versed in UAE labor laws, and capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Duties:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues promptly and professionally.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, well-organized work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle company documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with external service providers (PRO, visa processing, etc.).
  • Assist management with reports, scheduling, and internal communication.
