HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates to HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions, staff meetings, and other HR-related events.
  • Track employee attendance, leave balances, and support payroll preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a corporate or consultancy setting.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
