Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates to HR databases.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions, staff meetings, and other HR-related events.
- Track employee attendance, leave balances, and support payroll preparation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a corporate or consultancy setting.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
