Full job description

1. Job Summary :

The HR Associate is a generalist responsible for the implementation of all strategic HR initiatives that provide support to the concerned business unit in achieving its Business Plan objectives.

2. Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to:

 Follows up on all initiatives deadlines.

 Process Staffing Requisition Form (SRF) by assisting in recruiting front-liners.

 Issue and processes job offers as per FCA and follow-up with candidates on status.

 Assist Department Heads in preparing induction programs for newcomers.

 Follow-up with new recruits on induction and report deficiencies to HR Manager if any.

 Assist Department Heads in compiling data in preparation for HRP.

 Whenever assigned, maintain HR System and generate queries upon need.

 Follow-up on training courses as per HRP and training budget.

 Feel the pulse of the organization by maintaining solid relations with front-liners.

 Conduct Exit Interviews for departing employees Grade 13 and below.

3. Job Dynamics & Interfaces:

3.1 Internal:

HR Manager, Senior HR Associate, Personnel Officers, Administration Manager.

4. Required Job Qualifications & Competencies:

4.1 Education & Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree.

 1-2 years’ years’ experience in related field.

Nationality Required:

Arab National is a preference.

Job Type: Full-time
