Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the fintech sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles within the fintech sector, including technical, operational, and leadership positions.
  • Utilize multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Industry Expertise:
  • Leverage knowledge of the fintech industry to identify and attract candidates with relevant skills and experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of fintech roles, including technical positions (e.g., software developers, data analysts, product managers) and non-technical roles (e.g., compliance, marketing, sales).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
