Full job description

  • Must be familiar with overseas recruitment for Blue & White Collar with QVC new process
  • Assist teams in screening resume
  • Schedule calls and interviews
  • Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interview
  • Participate in recruiting events
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Offer letter arrangement and follow ups
  • Handling overseas business partners
  • Coordination with immigration team for visa processing
  • Perfect knowledge for blue collar overseas new hiring process
  • Should have experience working in construction company
  • Should have experience hiring bulk number of workforce
  • Capable to work under pressure
  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment life cycle
  • Perfect knowledge for Blue/White collar category
  • Technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immediate joining.
