Job Description
- Providing ongoing responses to the needs of employees and managers
- Planning and execution of annual welfare activities
- Operating the organizational training system and regulatory training, including documentation and data entry into systems
- Responsibility for budgetary control of the Human Resources Department and designated projects
- Handling purchase orders, suppliers and invoices
- Implementation and operation of an annual work plan
- Managing ongoing contact and providing solutions to the retiree population
- Ongoing work with internal organizational interfaces and external parties
Producing monthly reports, processing and analyzing various employee information and data from human resources systems
Job Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management
- Previous experience in the field of human resources in an organization – required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including teamwork ability
- Experience working in SAP system – a significant advantage
- High level of computer skills and Excel skills
