What Would You Be doing:

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS
• Oversee benefit administration and compliance with company benefit policies
• Administer, maintain, and enhance the HRIS (Hi-Bob preferred).
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and recommend HRIS solutions.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support HR and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
• Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects, including new implementations and system integrations.
• Provide training and documentation for end users and HR staff.
• Ensure smooth processes, effective and efficient communication with employees and other teams both within HR and in the wider business
• Develop upon and improve HR policies and procedures that align with our company’s goals and values
• Participate in any internal and external audits as required from HR perspective
• Stay updated on HR industry trends and changes in labor laws to ensure compliance and be a source of guidance to the HR team and Management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations for efficiency and effectiveness.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in HR Operations
• Previous experience leading globally dispersed teams
• Previous experience building processes / policies from scratch
• Previous experience as HRIS Administrator
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
