Full job description

We’re looking for a highly skilled Inbound Sales Executive – Business Setup Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound business setup inquiries generated through marketing, website, and paid ad campaigns
  • Qualify leads via phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, or email—based on budget, timeline, business type, and expansion goals
  • Consult with prospects and intermediaries (accountants, law firms, advisors, etc.) on UAE jurisdictions, license types, visa eligibility, and documentation
  • Conduct meetings with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated with UAE company formation regulations, free zone and mainland setup options..
  • Collaborate with internal team to prepare tailored quotations and proposals
  • Ensure seamless information flow across teams for accurate delivery of services
  • Maintain and update lead activity in Zoho CRM—tracking status, notes, and follow-up tasks
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into active clients
  • Share objections, feedback, and client insights with the marketing team to support ongoing campaign refinement
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market trends
