Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer & Site Supervisor to manage the design and execution of residential villa projects. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating between clients, contractors, and the design team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts and detailed drawings for residential villas.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations for clients.
• Oversee site activities to ensure designs are executed according to plan.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants on-site.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Regularly report project status to management and clients.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in residential design and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and codes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• UAE driving license is a must.
