Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, details, more realistic renders, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and our in-house team. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and overseeing the execution of projects to ensure they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into designs.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design and fitout projects in Dubai.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s building codes and regulations is a plus.
