The Inventory Clerk performs duties assigned by the WHSE Ops/Receiving Supervisor in support of GPMS Supply Account. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

Principal Accountabilities

  • Conducts physical inventories. Researches POS/MRSP inventory discrepancies and reconciles accountable records. Maintains life to support inventory adjustments. Updates Integrated Logistics Support Solutions (ILSS).
  • Maintains warehouse validations for POS and MRSP stockrooms and details.
  • Prepares all warehouse stockrooms and MRSP kits for inventory by ensuring clean dry and serviceable assets are in assigned location with an ILSS bin labels affixed to them.
  • Manages material management activities and systems involved in requirements determination, inventory control, storage and issues of supplies and equipment.
  • Performs operations involved in storage, inspection and identification of property.
  • Inspects and identifies property. Determines condition of property received. Performs shelf-life inspections of stock.
  • Develops methods and improves procedures for storying property. Plans use of storage facilities. Stores, issues, ships and transfers property. Controls issue of classified, sensitive, pilferable and controlled items.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at an intermediate level.
  • Must have working knowledge in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating system and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
  • Must possess a valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation driver’s license.
  • May be required to operate material handling equipment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year experience in a supply system or a closely related function required.
  • Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
  • Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Maximo experience preferred.
