We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of relevant experience in the UAE, who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts payable/receivable, expense claims, and bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist in preparing and filing VAT returns.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Support external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements, supplier accounts, and intercompany transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
• Stay up to date with accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws in the UAE.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in an account management, client servicing, or sales support role in the UAE.
• Basic understanding or hands-on knowledge of telecommunications, smart electronics, or IT products/services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with an open mindset and eagerness to take on new challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
