Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables and prepping ingredients.
  • Wash, peel, and cut ingredients as directed by chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Help with receiving and storing food deliveries.
  • Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly.
  • Assist in plating and preparing simple dishes as needed.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements & Skills:

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle kitchen tasks.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
