QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum 1 year as Steward in a 4 star hotel
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and sanitize as instructed by his superior. Cleanliness of Hotels crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, kitchen tools etc.
- Provide operational assistance in back of the house areas to kitchen and Restaurant areas in order for them to achieve efficient service delivery.
- Provide high standards of hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in kitchens, dish washing and back of the house areas
- Reports to the Steward Supervisor
- Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self
- Cleaning, scrubbing and sanitizing kitchens and dish washing areas
- Washing and scrubbing cooking utensils and equipment’s
- Washing and storing chinaware, cutlery, silverware and all related F&B items utilized in the department for producing and serving food and beverage.
- Collecting and storing garbage
- Assist in stock tacking and handling breakages
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures in the department
- Carry out routine maintenance operations as directed by Chief Steward and Assistant Chief Steward
- Maintain a positive and professional climate

Experience:
- Stewarding: 1 year (Preferred)
