Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with a diploma in civil engineering qualification, strong knowledge of RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) standards, and a valid UAE driving license. The ideal candidate will support infrastructure and facility maintenance projects by conducting accurate land and site surveys to support planning, design, and execution.

• Al Quoz industrial Area 4, 16b street, warehouse 25
• Dubai, United Arab Emirate

Requirements :

• Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of surveying experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Prior work experience with RTA projects or regulations is mandatory.
• Proficient in using surveying instruments (e.g., Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and other local authority procedures is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
