Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking Warehouse Supervisor to join our UAE warehouse. The position will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Maintain and organize inventory and storage areas, ensuring the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.

· Ability to supervise loading and unloading of vehicles and cargo inside containers.

· Must be capable of managing labor and instructing them in accordance with company policy.

· Analyze and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and the performance of employees.

· Provide customer service by answering questions or resolving issues.

· Manage the warehouse’s day-to-day operations and establish staffing levels and assign workloads.

· Planning of warehouse operations within clear guidelines and supporting management with resource planning.

· Maintain a record of all items in the warehouse, document necessary information, and utilize reports to monitor the status of the warehouse.

Requirements and skills

· A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in warehouse operations is required.

· Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Excel and email communication.

· Ability to build relationships with customers, management, and operations through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· A good understanding of English and Hindi is required.
