Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests to the cigar lounge in a warm and friendly mannerAssist guests in selecting cigars and beverages, providing recommendations and knowledge about the productsTake and deliver orders accurately and efficientlyEnsure the cigar lounge is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all timesMaintain knowledge of all menu items, including cigars, drinks, and food optionsHandle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records of salesProvide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional mannerWork closely with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and delivery of ordersUphold all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standardsAttend training sessions and meetings as requiredQualifications:Previous experience in a similar role is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of cigars and their pairing with drinks is an assetAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time
