We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Service Supervisor to manage and guide our team of technicians in delivering high-quality HVAC and MEP maintenance services. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient day-to-day operations while actively participating in on-site work when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and workers on-site.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
• Provide technical support and hands-on assistance during maintenance tasks as required.
• Monitor and manage tools, equipment, and inventory for the maintenance team.
• Prepare and maintain service schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Experience in HVAC and MEP maintenance is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians on-site.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible and ready to handle on-site challenges.
