Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a project-specific safety management plan for our G+P+8 Dubai Islands construction project
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense, and Trakhees regulations applicable to multi-story residential buildings
• Conduct daily safety inspections across all active work zones of the G+P+8 structure
• Implement height safety protocols for the 8-story construction, including fall protection systems
• Oversee safe excavation and foundation work specific to Dubai Islands’ coastal environment
• Coordinate safety aspects of tower crane operations and vertical material transportation
• Monitor structural safety during the concrete pouring phases for each floor
• Implement heat stress prevention measures for workers during summer months
• Coordinate with other contractors and subcontractors working on the Dubai Islands development
• Prepare and submit safety compliance reports to Trakhees and PCFC authorities

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of safety management experience specifically in the UAE construction industry, with preference for experience in G+8 or taller buildings
• NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) certification is mandatory
• MSAP (Manager Safety Awareness Program) certification from Trakhees is mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes and safety regulations for multi-story residential structures
• Thorough understanding of Trakhees and PCFC (Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation) regulations for Dubai Islands development
• Demonstrated experience implementing safety protocols for similar G+P+8 or high-rise buildings
• Working knowledge of temporary works design and monitoring for medium-rise buildings
• Experience coordinating with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense for building permit safety requirements
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to conduct effective safety training sessions for multi-story construction challenges
• Proficient in preparing detailed safety reports and documentation
