Full job description

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • A relevant university degree is required. (Master degree would be an advantage)
  • Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
  • Have relative knowledge of credit laws & regulatory requirements.
  • 10 years of experience out of which 5 years as Manager Level at Credit.
  • Experience with credit scoring system preferred.
  • Interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Good judgement and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence and assertiveness.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Good business sense and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent maths and computer skills.
  • Effective communication and analytical thinking.
  • Team building and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and information seeking.
