Full job description

Administration:

· CAM sheets for online and offline retailer listings for all our brands on an on-going basis.

· Generate LPOs and liaise with other departments for processing paperwork.

· Assist in trade marketing enquiries, design concept enquiries.

· Collaborate with other departments to fulfill government-related registrations and requirements as needed, ensuring compliance.

Marketing:

· Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.

· Collaborate with our in-house or external design teams to ensure the timely creation of compelling creatives for social media posts and advertisements that align with brand identity.

· Schedule and publish content on social media platforms, considering the target audience and optimal posting times to maximize reach and engagement.

· Oversee social media advertising campaigns for all brands, optimizing them to maximize reach and engagement, and monitoring their performance closely.

· Plan and organize events for brands based on campaign requirements monthly, ensuring seamless execution.

· Manage monthly influencer collaborations for multiple brands, coordinating content delivery and in-store activations to enhance brand awareness and reach.

· Manage photos, videos and create reels for office events
