Freelance Marketing Specialist for Medical Center
*Job Description:*
We are seeking an experienced *Freelance Marketing Specialist* to lead and manage marketing efforts for our medical center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, expertise in digital campaigns, and the ability to deliver measurable results.
*Responsibilities:*
– *Marketing Strategy & Execution:* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the medical center’s services effectively.
– *Content Planning & Social Media Management:* Create a content calendar for stories and posts across social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
– *Social Media & Ad Campaigns:* Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and Google Ads.
– *Landing Page Creation:* Design and manage high-converting landing pages tailored for specific campaigns and offers.
– *Vendor Coordination:* Collaborate with outsourced vendors for design, printing, or advertising, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
– *Market Research:* Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to create targeted marketing strategies.
– *Packages & Offers:* Develop attractive service packages and promotions based on research and customer insights.
– *Promotional Campaigns:* Run campaigns to enhance brand awareness, patient acquisition, and retention.
– *Budget Management:* Allocate and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending.
– *ROI Tracking & Analytics:* Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies to ensure a strong return on investment.
*Qualifications:*
– Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in healthcare or a related field.
– Expertise in running social media and Google Ads campaigns.
– Proficiency in creating landing pages and using tools like WordPress, Unbounce, or similar platforms.
– Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
– Analytical skills to track performance metrics and ROI.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
