Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Executive to spearhead our traditional and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend creative thinking with analytical skills to develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Traditional Marketing:
- Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns, including print, outdoor, events, and direct mail.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to create brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage and organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Build relationships with media outlets to secure advertising placements and press coverage.
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Manage content creation for digital channels, such as blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Monitor and optimize digital ad campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms.
- Perform SEO and SEM activities to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other tools to generate insights and improve conversion rates.
- Integrated Campaigns:
- Design cohesive marketing campaigns that integrate traditional and digital approaches to maximize impact.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to shape marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track the performance of campaigns and provide regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
- Suggest data-driven improvements to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both traditional and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and making informed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
