Marketing Manager

Role Objective

Under the guidance of the Head of Operations and CEO, the Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for the corporate sales department of UFC GYM Qatar. This involves setting the overall

strategy and objectives for the corporate sales department in conjunction with the Head of Operations and CEO, and executing that strategy in order to achieve the set objectives, KPIs and targets.

The marketing manager will be responsible for the performance of the corporate sales department

within the company, and will seek to consistently meet and exceed expectations by generating corporate leads and closing corporate sales, partnerships and agreements, the retention/renewal of

corporate sales, partnerships and agreements, the organisation of corporate events (workshops, wellness days, seminars and events) and activations and attendance at such events, the sale,

management and renewal of corporate wellness programs, and promoting UFC GYM within the corporate market in Qatar in general.

Finally, the marketing manager will continually seek to grow and develop the department by keeping their finger on the pulse of the fitness industry, listening to the needs and wants of corporate

customers, identifying opportunities for growth and development within the market, and proposing

solutions that capitalise upon those opportunities in line with the strategy and objectives of the department and company overall.
Duties and Responsibilities:

● Responsible for the corporate sales department of UFC GYM Qatar.

● Responsible for setting the overall strategy and objectives, KPIs and targets for the corporate sales department in conjunction with the Head of Operations and CEO.

● Responsible for the execution of the agreed upon strategy in order to achieve the set objectives.

● Responsible for the performance of the corporate sales department in general, and ensuring that expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

● Responsible for the growth and development of the department by identifying opportunities for

growth and development within the market, and proposing solutions that capitalise upon those opportunities.

● Responsible for generating corporate leads and closing corporate sales, partnerships and agreements.

● Responsible for the retention/renewal of corporate sales, partnerships and agreements.

● Responsible for the organisation of corporate events (workshops, wellness days, seminars and events) and activations and attendance at such events.

● Responsible for the sale, management and renewal of corporate wellness programs.

● Responsible for promoting UFC GYM within the corporate market in Qatar in general.

● Responsible for coordinating with other departments including Marketing, Fitness, Operations,

HR, Finance, IT and Facility Management to ensure customer satisfaction is maximised and issues are identified, reported and addressed at the earliest opportunity.

● Responsible for assisting other departments including Marketing, Fitness, Operations, HR, Finance, IT and Facility Management when required to maintain or improve operations within the company, or to aid in the achievement of the companies organisational objectives overall.

Education and Expereince:

●Recognised diploma/certification in Sales.

● Experience within hospitality, fitness and/or a membership sales environment is beneficial.

● Experience in GCC/Qatar is preferable.

● Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

● Valid driver’s licence required.
