The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and executing comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies across the South East HUB, with a focus on maximizing sell-out performance and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Share up-to-date seasonal marketing content (onsite & social) with Partners to ensure on time seasonal campaign launches, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Share access to images & product descriptions to enrich Product Detail Pages (PDP) of our brands on Pure Player platforms
- Create and own & execute an integrated marketing calendar for the SE HUB, including Pure Players and .COM sub-channels
- Oversee the alignment of the global Brand Calendar with the SE HUB Ecommerce channel to ensure cohesive and synchronized marketing efforts.
- Lead the creation and delivery of agency briefs, ensuring that responses are insight-driven, aligned with global guidelines, inspirational, and on budget.
- Build and execute .COM campaign strategies, providing clear campaign objectives, KPIs, and conducting post-campaign analysis, highlighting key metrics, ROAS, and learnings against benchmarks.
- Develop and execute bespoke, localized ecommerce activations with Pure Player Partners to engage local and regional consumers.
- Define and implement a sponsored ad strategy for marketplace platforms.
- Refresh consumer/audience mapping per platform, including search behaviors, to optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage the ecommerce marketing budget for the SE HUB, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization.
- Monitor and optimize the marketing budget allocated to the Pure Player channel, activating seasonal visibility campaigns and conducting ROI and ROAS analysis.
- Manage relationships with Performance Marketing and SEO agencies to optimize online presence and performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years experience in broad marketing/digital experience with exposure to global clients and a mix of agency and brand-side experiences;
- A bachelor degree, preferably in a Marketing discipline or equivalent in experience;
- Extensive cross-functional Marketing knowledge and Market experience in fashion/lifestyle industry;
- You’ll demonstrate an exceptionally high-level understanding of eCommerce, led from data;
- A consumer first mindset; with range understanding and the ability to balance Brand and Commercial priorities to build channel- and consumer-specific activation plans that meet KPI targets;
- Good communication skills, ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbally) in the English language, internal and external and across different levels;
- Strong innovative and creative thinking;
- Relentless drive and commitment to win, working well under pressure;
- Organized, process and solution-orientated with an attention to detail;
- Collaborative by nature. Able to partner with internal and external teams;
- Can independently prioritize and manage workload; works well under remote management;
- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products.
