The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Gladiators Water Park and attract visitors. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in the entertainment or tourism industry, ideally with experience in water parks or theme parks. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans encompassing digital marketing, social media, advertising, public relations, promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and advertising creatives.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to generate positive media coverage.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners.
- Plan and execute promotional events and special offers to drive attendance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a marketing team (if applicable).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment, tourism, or hospitality industry. Experience with water parks or theme parks is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, advertising, public relations, and event planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing.
- Data-driven and analytical with the ability to track and analyze marketing performance.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills (if applicable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
