Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications executive to lead the brand development and customer engagement strategies . This role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including traditional marketing, digital marketing, social media management, and public relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating successful marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategies aligned with the brand identity and business objectives.
  • Manage all marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, email, and outdoor advertising.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote events, special offers, etc.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with target audiences and build brand loyalty.
  • Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  • Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and generate leads.
  • Optimize website content and SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Track and analyze social media and website analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in the hospitality or Furniture industry will be an Advantage.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms and its algorithms as Meta, Snapchat, Google, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing a marketing budget will be an Advantage .
  • Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools.
