We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales of Building Material, Irrigation tools and equipments, Interior Design & Technical Services to join our team.

Job Responsibility:

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients, organizing timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications:
A) Work Experience (Preferably) in the following in UAE:

• Construction
• Landscaping
• Interior Design & Contracting

B) Others:

• Valid Drivers License (Preferably with a car or van)
• Database of the previous clients

Salary Package (per month):

• Sales Target: AED 100,000/Month
• Minimum Target to be Achieved for salary to be released for any given month: 30%
• Unachieved Target for a month will be carried over to the next month and the minimum target to be achieved will be computed on the new target (Unachieved + Monthly Target).

Bonus after Full Target Achievement (Uncapped):

• Upto AED 30,000/- will be 2% on Sales
• AED 30,000/- to AED 80,000/- will be 3% on Sales
• Above AED 80,000/- will be 5% on Sales

Allowances:

• Fuel will be provided (Preference given to candidates that own car or van)
• Nol Card (All Zones Access).
• SIM Card with Data and Unlimited Talk Time.

Benefits:

• Visa: Employment Visa for 2 years will be Provided.
• All other Benefits as stated by the UAE Government will be provided.
