• Create Sales Plans: Develop sales plans based on market trends and customer needs
• Develop New Customers: Conduct rigorous market visit and identify potential customers and establish relationships with them.
• Maintain Existing Customers: Ensure that sales within a territory are maintained and expedite the strong customer relations.
• Analyze Sales Data: Review daily sales reports and analyze the sales data to identify trends and minimize sales gap.
• Make Sales Calls: Develop a call list and make regular calls to the potential customers
• Achieving Sales Targets: Continuously drive for achieving the sales targets and maximize sales growth.
• Promote Food Menu: Regularly present and promote the food menus of the restaurant to attract more customers.
