Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to create and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to our F&B products.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print).
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand standards and achieve target objectives.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance on best practices and performance improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to encourage innovative ideas and initiatives.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct competitive analysis and consumer research to inform marketing decisions.
  • Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Brand Management:
  • Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual presentation.
