We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive business growth, and strengthen our presence in the aesthetics and healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-level sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, healthcare professionals, and corporate partners
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the clinic’s growth
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Conduct advanced product presentations, training sessions, and business negotiations
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
• Minimum five to seven years of experience in medical or aesthetic sales, with at least three years in a senior leadership role
• Strong network within the UAE’s healthcare and aesthetics industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement high-impact sales plans
• Ability to travel within Dubai for business meetings and industry events
