Full job description

Maintain, registers and dispatch the incoming and outgoing correspondence

Maintain administrative files and correspondence for doctors and technicians.

Answer phones in a courteous manner, direct calls and respond to inquiries

Arrange for catering services for the center visitors .

Complete various request forms for office suppliers and equipment as directed

Maintain calendar appointments and arrange for meetings

Transcribe machine dictated medical report and other documentation using medical terminology

Coordinate between the Thalassemia center and other concerned Dept. in DHA

Type Thalassemia patients data, fitness certificate and first visit summary.

Arrange for sending patients samples abroad.

Order non-stock items through the Oracle system.

Qualifications


Secondary School Certificate with 2 years’ experience
