We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Water Factory Merchandiser to oversee the display and promotion of our water products in retail locations. The ideal candidate will ensure our products are well-stocked, visually appealing, and effectively marketed to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Display: Set up and maintain attractive displays of water products in assigned retail locations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for product placement and promotions in stores.
• Market Analysis: Gather and report information on competitor activities and market trends to inform merchandising strategies.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with store personnel to provide product knowledge, answer questions, and foster strong relationships.
• Promotional Execution: Implement marketing and promotional campaigns effectively, ensuring timely execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales performance, and merchandising activities, providing regular updates to management.
• Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from customers and store staff to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or business is a plus.
• Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move products safely.

Working Conditions

• Primarily involves travel to various retail locations.
• May require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
