Job Description

• Cleans and lubricates equipment.
• Replaces damaged or worm equipment parts.
• Tends equipment to facilitate process.
• Turns valves to regulate flow of liquids or air, to reverse machine, to start pump, and to regulate equipment.
• Starts machines or equipment to begin process.
• Marks or tags identification on parts.
• Removes product, machine attachments, and waste material from machine.
• Loads and unloads processing equipment or conveyance used to receive raw materials or to ship finished products.
• The employee may be required to lift heavy objects.
• Picks up and trucks scrap from work area.
• Loads stacks and transports stock tools dies and work in process by hand or forklift.

Requirements

• Physical strength, hand-eye coordination,
• Ability to use necessary tools and machines;
• 18 years of age or older
