The Role
Compass Project Consulting is an award-winning consultancy dedicated to delivering world-class project management and development solutions. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our office operations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception duties, correspondence, and scheduling. • Provide administrative support to the team, including document preparation, filing, and data management. • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and clients. • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and professional. • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external communications. • Support HR and recruitment activities by coordinating onboarding and maintaining personnel records. • Assist in creating reports, presentations, and documentation as required. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
