We are seeking an Admin Officer to manage and oversee various administrative tasks crucial to the smooth operation of the company. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient communication abilities to ensure seamless administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise and coordinate with various vendors for services required by the company.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
Maintain a database of vendors, contracts, and related documentation.
Monitor and track payments to entities such as DEWA, RTA, ENOC, ensuring timely settlements.
Maintain accurate records of payments and invoices, prepare monthly budget.
Manage and track fuel usage, coordinating with ENOC or relevant fuel suppliers for top-ups.
Implement efficient strategies for cost-effective fuel management.
Facilitate rental agreements, oversee lease renewals, and manage rental property-related matters.
Maintain records of rental agreements, payments, and lease terms.
Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel bookings, ticket reservations, and visa applications.
Assist in the smooth running of daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and support services.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other administrative tasks.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to vendor contracts, payments, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field preferred.
Proven experience 2 years in administrative roles, specifically in vendor coordination, payment tracking, and travel arrangements.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
