We are a dynamic and innovative company in the Architecture industry, providing top-tier solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. If you’re detail-oriented, proficient in MS Office, and have a background in the Architecture or Engineering sectors, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to office staff, management, and project teams.
  • Manage and maintain office systems, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record-keeping.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is stocked and organized.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, employee records, and timekeeping.
  • Provide general office support and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of administrative experience in an office environment. Experience within an Architecture or Engineering firm is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Experience with project management software or time-tracking systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe software is desirable.
