We are hiring an Office Admin Assistant for CEO.
Requirements:
- At least 2 year experience on the office admin position
- Plan, coordinate day-to-day administrative activities and perform administrative duties
- Understanding of the Tawtheeq system.
- Drawing up lease agreements and amendments to them for new real estate properties and extending their validity.
- Generating reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Registration and renewal of agreements with developers.
- Development and support of a document registration system in the office
- Working with CRM and monitoring other real estate portals.
- Draft, edit and execute letters, attachments and contracts related to real estate.
- Answer inquiries and help clients
- Compose and prepare documents for official accounting.
- Making reports on transactions with clients and partners.
- Making and sending of invoice or receipt vouchers.
- Control over timely payments by developers.
- Working with developers regarding client transactions
- Solving various issues with the banking system.
