Full job description

We are hiring an Office Admin Assistant for CEO.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 year experience on the office admin position
  • Plan, coordinate day-to-day administrative activities and perform administrative duties
  • Understanding of the Tawtheeq system.
  • Drawing up lease agreements and amendments to them for new real estate properties and extending their validity.
  • Generating reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Registration and renewal of agreements with developers.
  • Development and support of a document registration system in the office
  • Working with CRM and monitoring other real estate portals.
  • Draft, edit and execute letters, attachments and contracts related to real estate.
  • Answer inquiries and help clients
  • Compose and prepare documents for official accounting.
  • Making reports on transactions with clients and partners.
  • Making and sending of invoice or receipt vouchers.
  • Control over timely payments by developers.
  • Working with developers regarding client transactions
  • Solving various issues with the banking system.
