Office Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
  • Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture
  • Making and serving tea and coffee to guests and managers
  • Prepare a list for stationary
  • Change printer cartridges
  • Assist in board rooms to set up projector and laptop
  • Filing documents as per the department requirement
  • Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails
  • Delivering facsimiles and transmitting them
  • Laminating and binding documents as per requests
  • Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties
  • Keep the kitchen, washroom and station works neat and clean
  • Visit banks for deposit checks and encashment for accounts department
  • Delivery or pickup of the tenders or other documents
  • Order kitchen and cleanliness supplies for the office
  • Monitor and inform his supervisor for the pest control and carpet cleaning
  • Perform other related duties as required
