Full job description
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Ensure cleanliness of the office, including meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations.
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms before and after use.
- Handle filing, photocopying, and basic clerical tasks when requested.
- Run office errands such as banking, mail delivery, or collecting supplies.
- Support administrative staff with document handling and delivery.
- Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an office boy or helper (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of office etiquette.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy, well-groomed, and polite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under supervision.
