Operation Manager 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management within the Readymix Concrete industry, with a strong track record of driving operational performance and productivity. – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in operations management or supply chain will be a plus. – Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing workforce. – Solid understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and logistics operations, with a focus on safety, environmental compliance, and best practices. – Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capacity to make data-driven decisions for operational improvements. – Proficiency in utilizing operational management software, ERP systems, and other digital tools to streamline processes, analyze data, and enhance operational visibility. – Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and the ability to manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively. – Knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to Readymix Concrete production and distribution in the Dubai market. Experience: – Minimum 5 years as Operation Manager in Readymix Industry
