Operation Supervisor

Full job description

  • Oversee smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Coordinate welcome amenities, key handovers, and guest support.
  • Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and restocking tasks to ensure all properties meet company standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure readiness before guest arrivals.
  • Manage inventory of linen, toiletries, and other supplies.
  • Lead and schedule the housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Train new team members on SOPs and service expectations.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Report daily operations and escalate any issues to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, incidents, and maintenance requests.
  • Liaise with internal departments (finance, admin, customer service) for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and booking platforms is a plus.
  • UAE driver’s license preferred.
