- Oversee smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Coordinate welcome amenities, key handovers, and guest support.
- Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and restocking tasks to ensure all properties meet company standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure readiness before guest arrivals.
- Manage inventory of linen, toiletries, and other supplies.
- Lead and schedule the housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Train new team members on SOPs and service expectations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Report daily operations and escalate any issues to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, incidents, and maintenance requests.
- Liaise with internal departments (finance, admin, customer service) for smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and booking platforms is a plus.
- UAE driver’s license preferred.
