- Coordinating meetings, managing agendas, and scheduling appointments.
- Preparation of reports, minutes, expense reports.
- Support in planning corporate events.
- Be responsible for maintaining smooth communication between the management team and other departments, ensuring that all instructions and decisions are conveyed accurately.
Job Profile
- Degree in Administration or similar.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced conversational English level essential.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, preferably with Concur and ERPs such as Oracle or SAP.
- Having worked in a company related to real estate or construction is a plus.
