  • Coordinating meetings, managing agendas, and scheduling appointments.
  • Preparation of reports, minutes, expense reports.
  • Support in planning corporate events.
  • Be responsible for maintaining smooth communication between the management team and other departments, ensuring that all instructions and decisions are conveyed accurately.

Job Profile

  • Degree in Administration or similar.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced conversational English level essential.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, preferably with Concur and ERPs such as Oracle or SAP.
  • Having worked in a company related to real estate or construction is a plus.
