Full job description

We are looking for a Live-in Personal Assistant/ Secretary.

The role includes managing schedule, booking appointments, arranging restaurant reservations, and handling workers of the household with light household tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential for tasks like expense tracking and budgeting. Experience in event planning is a bonus, as my business is event-focused.

The workload varies—some weeks are quiet, while others, including weekends, can be very busy. I offer one flexible day off per week, depending on the workload. The ideal candidate should be proactive, reliable, and able to multitask. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are a must.
